Website Navigation Tips

Filters on your website help customers quickly narrow their search results and find the products they’re looking for. Here’s a general guide on how filters work:

How to Use Filters

  1. Accessing Filters:
    • When browsing a product category or search results, you’ll typically see filter options on the left side of the page (on desktop) or under a filter button (on mobile).
  2. Filter Categories:
    • Product Search: Start typing the product name and find a specific product
    • Product Categories: Select from different categories of products, such as capsules, tinctures, or toothpaste.
    • Price Range: Adjust the slider or input a specific price range to view products within your budget.
    • Size: if you know the size of the product it can help you to get to products
    • General groups: Groups are set on the home page and the shop page, such as Recommended Products, New Arrivals etc.
  3. Applying Filters:
    • After selecting your desired filter options, the product list will automatically update to reflect your choices. This means you’ll only see products that match your selected criteria.
  4. Combining Filters:
    • You can apply multiple filters simultaneously. For example, you can filter for products at a certain price and contain specific ingredients.
  5. Resetting Filters:
    • If you want to remove the filters and view all products again, unselect the filters you used or look for a “Clear All Filters” button near the top of the page. The button will only show once a filter has been selected.

Filters are a powerful tool for streamlining your shopping experience. They make it easier to find exactly what you need without scrolling through the pages of products.

Saving your login details in your browser can be convenient, but it comes with certain risks. If someone else gains access to your device, they could potentially log in to your account without your permission. To enhance security, ensure your device is protected with a strong password, and consider using a reputable password manager to store your login details securely. If you’re using a shared or public computer, it’s best not to save your login details in the browser.
