1. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and the stringent quality control measures we implement, Herbs for Africa (herbsforafrica.co.za) does not accept returns for any reason other than those explicitly stated below. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our natural herbal products.
2. Damaged or Unopened Products
- Damaged During Shipping: If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, you must report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage along with your report.
- Unopened Products: Unopened products may be eligible for a refund if returned within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@herbsforafrica.co.za within the specified time frame. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Refund Policy
- Processing Time: In the event that a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days after the returned goods have been received and the payment has cleared in our bank account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Returned Products Policy
- Non-Acceptance of Returned Goods: Any products that are returned or delivered to us without prior approval will not be considered an acceptance of the return. Such goods will not be eligible for a refund or replacement unless expressly authorized by us. Please note that the receipt of returned goods by Herbs for Africa does not imply acceptance of liability or agreement to issue a refund or replacement.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning any unopened or damaged products unless otherwise agreed upon. This includes the cost of shipping the product back to our facility.
- Damaged Products: If the product was damaged during shipping, we may cover the return shipping costs as a gesture of good customer service. However, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Courier Collection: If a return is approved, we may arrange for our courier service to collect the returned goods. In such cases, the cost of the courier service may be deducted from the refund amount, unless otherwise specified by us.
